Forum will no longer be utilized!

After facing many challenges with utilization of this forum for many years, the board voted on the evening of 1/12/2026 to stop use of the forum in favor of the modern, more effective means.

Most of our general club organization will now be coordinated via Discord and results from our events along with schedules and announcements will be hosted on our main alscca.net webpage.

What does this mean for the old forum? Well, in short we are going to stop using it. This has been reviewed several times in the past few years, and there has been a desire for some of more tenured members of the club to have the historic content preserved. In an effort to preserve this content, it was discovered that we could not simply export the content to be placed in a modern website. This forum will now become an archive only forum and will not be monitored. If you wish to preserve any of the content, this is your time to search the pages to find it. There is no promise that this content will remain available forever with the fragile nature of this forum.

        Note that the Barry H who wants to shadow Rod is not Barry Hair.

        I don't know if I'll be able to make it over this time. I hope you can find somebody else to be the second SSS.

              This is getting a bit ridiculous...are we going to have to beg for a safety steward for the second consecutive month?

                Okay, it is now Wednesday, and the event is 3 days away. We need another Safety Steward to step up. Casey did you get your license? Are you going to be there on Saturday? Darryl? Ricky?

                I am leaving the early Waiver open in thoughts that Ron and Sean will be there early. If not, maybe Ben or Zac, or Mr. Anderson can take the 7:00 - 9:00 shift.

                  I can do earlier than 7 if need be ...I already have to drive like a bilion miles down to pelham so I'll be up early..lol

                            I am coming from Auburn. As a novice, what hours can you tell me to expect? I was planning on arriving at 7:30-8:00 Saturday morning. How late will we be there? I'm hiring a 'dog sitter' and need to provide a time window.

                              Zac and/or Ben can handle early waivers if the Itners don't want it. I just need to know for sure so we will be there that early.

                                Casey turned in his paperwork to David at the tour. David said "welcome to the world of SSS" or something to that nature.
