Forum will no longer be utilized!

After facing many challenges with utilization of this forum for many years, the board voted on the evening of 1/12/2026 to stop use of the forum in favor of the modern, more effective means.

Most of our general club organization will now be coordinated via Discord and results from our events along with schedules and announcements will be hosted on our main alscca.net webpage.

What does this mean for the old forum? Well, in short we are going to stop using it. This has been reviewed several times in the past few years, and there has been a desire for some of more tenured members of the club to have the historic content preserved. In an effort to preserve this content, it was discovered that we could not simply export the content to be placed in a modern website. This forum will now become an archive only forum and will not be monitored. If you wish to preserve any of the content, this is your time to search the pages to find it. There is no promise that this content will remain available forever with the fragile nature of this forum.

The $40 is correct if you are not a current SCCA member and have participated before. That discounted fee is for your very first time autocrossing and you can only get it if you pay on site. If you've been in an event before you are not eligible.

You will get a weekend form on site and can use that number and the member referral (we have to sign the bottom and use our number) to get discounts. I don't think the number generated by AxWare will work as they aren't sent to the national office. They might though ... I really don't know. Just guessing.

You ca use up to 2 weekend membership numbers and 1 member referral for discounts of $15/each, or $45 total.

      Good day,
I am considering attending the first event and wondered what most folks with unassigned numbers do the first weekend? I have a black car.
Once you run as a non-member, can you keep that number, in the same class, for the remainder of the year?
Thanks - hope to see everyone on the 26th,

You can pick a number when you register. At the event, you can put it on your car with blue tape. And yes, you can keep the number.
