Numbers show that there really is a bit more grip at Verizon than BRC. I know we all had a strong assumptions about that, but this is actual data to back it up.

Also, I honestly didn't feel that there was much more grip out there as I slid heavily in the first sweeper on my first two runs, but that seemed to be limited to that section of the course. there was some sand and gravel out there, as well as the runoff water at the entrance.

According to the numbers, it's honestly no Milton Frank which is larger and provides a little more grip (I'm still on tires from last season so that's to be considered in the G comparison) ... but it's a step up from BRC in terms of grip and tire wear most likely.

That said, I'm very happy that we have a new venue. Thanks to all involved with its procurement.

I'll be interested to see what happens with Verizon as we move into the concert season and the lot gets more traffic. I know that we were the first ones on the lot in about 3 months, so there was all sorts of dust and settled debris on the surface.

The first time I went to Milton Frank was summer two years ago, and I had heard all this talk about how wonderful it was. The day I went was windy and there was dust all over the surface from the baseball fields across the street. I was very disappointed in the surface because it was so slippery and the grip just didn't seem to be there. But now that I have been to so many events at different times of the year at Milton Frank the fall and spring changes the lot drastically. The traffic on the lot really picks the grip up.

I'd like for you to keep up with this for comparison Matt, I think its awesome.

Sure. I've got all of my runs saved from the last season and will continue.
