Is it SM then that allows foreign engine swaps? i.e. 22B in a Brighton (L). I know it's allowed at some point.

Also, we're kind of informal here. I don't care if you run a car with no interior in SM ... given the competition, I don't think it's an unfair advantage. Also, isn't there a FWD specific SM class now?

SM allows any same brand motor swap, i.e foreign ones, as long as its the same brand motor, I have no idea on FWD SM class, I'll look into it, but, I am fairly sure there is not

He would be the only one in the class though. I guess it doesnt really matter while hes running novice class, but beyond that, there is no competition.

Locally, I'd say just run SM.

Thanks, it's been quite the money pit over the past few years. Could have built something a lot better for a lot cheaper but live and learn I suppose.

That sounds like an interesting class. May just run in that one on the 10th so I don't goof up the SM points for anyone since I'm running for novice pax anyway.

Thanks for all the help everyone, see you on the 10th.

all it will change is novice standings, it won't effect us, I would recommend you run that class because I assume its PAX will be slightly less rediculous than SM
