    Decided to start a new thread since the current one was getting overloaded out with threadjackassery:

        I'd like to vote John W8 as street tire driver of the year, driving faster on his streets than his rcomps for some dnf'd FTD's is pretty legit.


        Anyway, what qualifies as Driver of the year/Worker of the year? Who showed the most enthusiasm, came to the most events, did the bestest?

        I want to nominate Lyle Cain for driver of the year.

          Driver of the year is who was the person who was consistently fast no matter the course design and able to perform in all conditions. Wet, dry, small course, big course, hungover, whatever.

          Worker of the year is the person or persons who are willing to take on what needs to be done and does it without complaint. Enthusiasm is good, dedication is required. The ability to see the task through to the end is paramount. Someone you could count on. Dependable.

                Hahahaha I just noticed the "hungover" in the driver of the year post

                I'd like to nominate Matt Williams for worker of the year.. I think he won it last year but I want to nominate him again!
