Might as well give it a start.

    thoughts and comments welcome

Personally, I found the course to be quite awesome, it might have even been a little too awesome as it put the field all relatively close. Excellent job on that. Excellent job to god (or the higher power of your choice) on the weather today, and excellent job to everyone who competed. Great Success

watch out next time Mr. Warren, you're going to get beat.

Because they heard I liked my name, so they put my name as my name so I could have my name in my name... all the time.

The course was great... Nice job Jamie H.! I've never hit so many cones in an event... which means that I must be getting faster

Kudos to T+S, and everyone else who made the day run so smoothly. I'm already looking forward to Points 9.

Course was awesome Jamie H.! Lots of cones and few DNF's = great course. As the year progresses, I feel like I have more and more fun with each event! Everyone worked hard and things ran very well, and I'm looking forward to the next one!

Yeah Jamie .. the course was great and very balanced as shown by the lap times. The course rewarded you for taking the correct line and not overpowering the corners. I liked that.

                      Woo Hoooo

Sounds like everyone had a good time. Perhaps the greatest compliment to the group came from my sister Karin (aka Ginger) ..... "Wow, what a great group of people and what a fun event."

The AutoX set-up crew is awesome. The course was up, trailer unpacked, and worker stations set up well before 8:15. Registration, timing, and scoring ran smoothly (though we need to remember change next time -- thanks for understanding guys). A special thanks to course design Jamie --- personally, I never got the first Chicago box right, but the course was TONS of fun. Also a special thank you to the Safety Stewards, the Safety Speech was perfect and taking the extra effort to check in with all the worker stations was REALLY appreciated. (Working is the most dangerous part of the day and with all the relative newcomers, having the SS stop by the stations was great. Something I hope gets repeated)

Not only did everyone come together to make the event run smoothly, the comraderie in the group is amazing. Glad we always manage to keep the event relaxed; even through last minute course adjustments.

Sorry to miss the next event, but I'm sure it'll be great. I'm already stacking up toys for the late November AutoX --- Toys for fun runs sounded good.

Also sorry to miss the PDX --- last years event at Barber was easily the best driving event I have ever done (Kudos again Chris Warren)

                      -Jamie

PS. Thanks again to Matt and Ricky for taking care of the Truck at the end of the event.... I'd hoped to take care of that with my sister, but she had to move her flight from Monday to Sunday afternoon.

PPS. Thanks Ricky for showing me the ropes on the Event Chairing.

Finally made it to an event, and man it was a blast. I liked the HUGE course and the slight slope of it. Coming from flat Florida it was an educational treat for me. I have to pay more attention to tire pressure for one!
Looking forward to the next event, see ya there!
