I see John and Darryl are indisposed with some well deserved seat time .I am going to chair this event because it has been way too long since I have done it and I want to get back in touch with it.Sign up for your spot on the set up crew. If you've never signed up for the setup crew, volunteer to help first. This way you can learn from those who've done it before and once you become familiar with the inner workings of the set up crew, then you can sign up for a position with the crew. Persons on the setup crew list are expected to arrive on time and fulfill their assignment. Many things were left unfinished at the last event for the number of people on the list, therefore the setup crew list has been shortened.
