Pop, John and I got in to town around 3:30 Thursday afternoon. Jordan called and said she would be here ~7:30. Still haven't heard from Clay, Alan or Mike. Arkansas is flat as far as the eye can see. The event site is huge...

Congrats to Clay for winning GS.

I wanna hear the story from my CPS padres on why the class leaders were so much faster. As fast as you guys have been running, I was really expecting you to be closer to the pointy end. I'm sure it was fun running in that big class though.

            Mike you enjoying STR?

Jordan did an awesome job at the Tour and her trophy was well deserved. She has definitely rasied her driving level 2 or 3 steps and is a force to be reckoned with. And her new girly mechanics gloves are intimidating! She is now officially one of the old guys!

                Congrats Jordan!

And for those who could not go (or chose not to go), you missed out on a great weekend of fun and fellowship, as well as watching some of the best autocrossers in the country!

Why? They are better drivers. Our equipment is in the ballpark but the skill behind the wheel was the difference as far as I could tell. I see how the 15"x10" tires would be beneficial but it's not the magic bullet I thought they would be. Since I was literally the first car out I had FTD for almost 15 or 20 seconds. Matt McCabe put 3 seconds on me on the first run. Running big courses all the time would be an advantage too. I've been running short courses for so long that the huge course threw off my timing. IT felt like forever between some of those features.

So Child Protective Services is watching CSP drivers now?

LOL Clay!!!!!!! I know what to say, Clay McCool comes prepared when he races at the national level!!!!

Yeah that Evo is what I've been up against all year at the tour events! It usually has 4/5 drivers that are all super fast and of course it is rediculously setup, sweet car. Good pics!
