Forum will no longer be utilized!

After facing many challenges with utilization of this forum for many years, the board voted on the evening of 1/12/2026 to stop use of the forum in favor of the modern, more effective means.

Most of our general club organization will now be coordinated via Discord and results from our events along with schedules and announcements will be hosted on our main alscca.net webpage.

What does this mean for the old forum? Well, in short we are going to stop using it. This has been reviewed several times in the past few years, and there has been a desire for some of more tenured members of the club to have the historic content preserved. In an effort to preserve this content, it was discovered that we could not simply export the content to be placed in a modern website. This forum will now become an archive only forum and will not be monitored. If you wish to preserve any of the content, this is your time to search the pages to find it. There is no promise that this content will remain available forever with the fragile nature of this forum.

    TAC event this weekend

    Due to the threat of severe weather this event might be canceled. We are checking with the city now to see if we can move it to Sunday - which doesn't help ALSCCA out much - sorry

    If you were planning on attending, please check back at www.teamtac.org on the autocross forum for updates. We should know something by the end of the day.

      Yes it does. I heartily agree with the decision but now I have to decide between Milton Frank Stadium and BRC on Sunday.

      MFS because its closer to the house.

          I'm going with BRC cuz I haven't seen you guys in forever and I miss you!!!! and I don't want my special Reg/T&S position to be given away permanently I'll just figure my tires out when I get to SE Div i guess... (since 40 degrees at Dixie wasn't much help... ha)

            I need the practice on R compounds, so I will be heading to Hville on Sunday. I have sent John a tentative course design that should be fun (and if it is not used, I can use it another event). I am very sorry to change, but I need the practice on their sweet pavement.
