It's a short week folks. Sign up for your spot on the set up crew. If you've never signed up for the setup crew, volunteer to help first. This way you can learn from those who've done it before and once you become familiar with the inner workings of the set up crew, then you can sign up for a position with the crew.

BTW, I would like to take time at this event to finish up training our new recruits on the timing system. So, if it is acceptable, I'd like to have Erik and Joesph work timing with Jordan and I calling cones for them so we can help out with trouble shooting. I don't see it being an issue, but I just wanted to let you know.

I'm not going to be able to make this event If Ricky has my car ready, I'll have to drive up there anyway, so I MIGHT be able to make it for the afternoon session, but I won't be able to make it for registration in the morning.. Matt I will let you know closer to time if I can help out with T&S training of new people...

Rod, Contact the Safety Steward of the event to let them know you will be shadowing. Ricky Ragan should be at the next event or Tim Engle
