actually i dont think we have any ESP cars that run. i looked back at a few events last year and didn't seen any times for that class. it used to be pretty fast with the Evos and Stis in there but they have since moved them to BSP.

You sound like a good candidate for the new Tire PAX class.Originally posted by edtype1 View PostDoes anyone run STU locally? I just want to run in a class i would have fun & be competitive. I would just hate to be in a class that no one runs & be bored without anyone to compete against.

A tire class will give you 3 options:
1. ESP, either on rcomps or streets
2. Tire ESP on streets
3. STU, on streets of course
I'm not sure who runs in STU. You can peruse last year's results. If you do, be sure to look at Novice as well 'cause they had all sorts of classes.Rod H

haha, thanks Chris! Luckily since you weren't able to attend the awards banquet I traded my 2nd place trophy for your 1st place.
Yeah, SM should be fun. But don't worry, I will still be keeping an eye on you and checking our times together! You still going to have the Falkens?

Do I need to go read the rules for STS to see about your spacers??????Originally posted by 87RX7RACER View PostMy car should be a true STS car this year...
I'll be running BSP.
All you fancy car people with your fancy car talk about your fancy car things....here is my contribution:
My tires still have some life in them and I've got new brake pads and a fresh oil change. I'll get my brake fluid flushed, brakes bled, tire pressures & oil level checked, and THAT'S IT.
Well and wash the windshield.
My big set-up change this year will be to remove my stereo faceplate before going on track. I finally got going hard enough at the end of last year to drive that thing right off the dash (I'M LOOKIN AT YOU PAUL STREET!
) so anticipating good things for this season, I will go ahead and take it off before I set out.

I have a feeling you will surprise some people this year. I will call you this week about the PM you sent. I has been hectic the past few weeks and everytime I remember to call you it is too late. I hope you are planning on going to some of the rallycross events with us, we may even be able to get you behind the wheel a time or 2. Look out guys here comes KATHY!!!!!!!!!!!!
