Can we all just agree to ignore whatever comes after Blue Ray? I don't want to have to restart my collection ...... again.

as far as roaming tech goes...I think that with our present situation ...roaming will be the only way to go.Just plan on telling everyone to leave their cars accessible so that it can be teched .

I saw enough cones & chalk last month. The chalk bucket wasn't out for most of the course walkers so me, Zac, Ricky & Matt ended up chalking most of the course. Somebody else can take a shift this month...my fingertips have only recently stopped bleeding

Roaming tech wasn't terrible, but a lot of cars were either locked leading to no access to the trunk/engine, or were in paddock but not racing, so some cars that weren't racing got teched, and vice versa.

If that's how it's going to be, I would make sure to have the person at waivers tell the drivers to leave their hoods up (weather permitting) and doors unlocked if they want to be teched.
All in all though, it was pretty painless. We just need a better distinction between racers and spectators.

Because they heard I liked my name, so they put my name as my name so I could have my name in my name... all the time.

We will let all drivers know to leave the car accessible for tech. An open hood will be the sign for tech. Engines can take a few raindrops ... =)

Cars with numbers on them is a good sign of who is a competitor. Seriously, your car is to be presented at TECH in race trim. Items cleared from interior and numbers in place, hood and trunk open. Seriously it's in the book.

                      Seriously.

I'll relay that info JW. If your hood isn't open, you aren't getting tech'd.

Trunks on all cars should be open to make sure that everything is cleared out and secure. Years back somebody axed with a crockpot in the trunk.

Yeah, but if it is raining people won't want to just leave their trunks and doors open. I figured that the tech person could pop it and look to keep it from getting soaked.

Ask Lyle how he got those dents in his trunk lid sometime.
