Worker sign up thread for Points Event #8

just as a reminder C and I will not be attending this event for the Novice folks. hopefully someone would like to fill in for us. it's not hard my main goal is to make sure all of them get a good timed run, as in no ALL DNFs at the end of the day. if you have any questions just shoot me a pm.

I could do the novice stuff if Jordan can handle registration during that time. I could do the instruction and walk at the start and then stay in grid on my off heat and help when I'm not running in the other ... or, if someone else would like to help. Erik should be able to handle T&S and Katie can probably call cones for him.

Post up people! We have plenty of positions that need filling. We can't let Matt do them all.
the more people that sign up, the easier each job becomes and the better the event is. Therefore, ifn' you want a smooth running event with plenty of runs...help out!

Hey Matt - before you volunteer yourself to do something else during registration.... there is a chance I might not make it to this one... between my parents coming to auburn for a late football game Saturday night and a test in Infectious Disease Tuesday morning, this might have to be the first autox i miss this year....

Yeah, I should be able to handle T&S with a helper who's done it before, but we'd still need another pair to run it while we're driving. I could play Class Chief also, but that shouldn't be a problem amongst all the veterans there.

Speaking of ... how did the wandering tech work out last time? It was a spur of the moment decision (by me actually to get things rolling) but I think it was okay since the paddock was very easy to navigate up on the access road. It will be much easier this event if we know to tell people to open their hood and trunk or whatever for tech.

I like the wandering tech idea. They did that when I went to a TAC event and it seems to work well.

BTW, someone would need to show me the ropes but I'm willing to help out with T&S if needed. Just let me know

Sure. Come by the trailer and we can show you the ropes. I'm not sure if there will be a spot for you to work if Jordan shows though.
