  • day 1 of axis v allies is in the books

Yes ALSCCA boys and girls ...day 1 of axis v allies is in the books....and how did ALSCCA measure up to TVRSCCA????The answer is we are the victors on day 1.The breakdown is like this ...ALSCCA had 16 faithful champions travel to Huntspatch today and defend their regions braggin rights with B/A Clay McCool and Sean yoder placing in the top 10 pax (Clay being 1st !!!)

I took 1st in GS in front of a very speedy Jordan Towne and Jamie/Karrin McKinnell...together the 4 of us took GS by storm.

CSP was an all ALSCCA crowd for the most part with John Waight ,Lyle Caine,Alan Branch,Darryl Engel, and Wally Lacey dominating that class...Charles Wright(a TAC TVR member but we claim him ) suffered a mechanical and placed somewhere in the pack of the ALSCCA titans ..Hats off to Charles because I think he only got 3 cracks at the course before breaking captain america ....suffered technical difficulties.

HS was dominated by the unbeatable Clay McCool and his Moznocerous with Sean Yoder finishing a close 2nd ...Impressive indeed!!
Debbie Eley ran CS and i opologize to her that I didnt catch where she finished in that class but it was a top 3!!

Woody Branch and David Branch senior were smooth and uncatchable !!!

It is really all a blur from there and I really feel like a heal for not being able to keep track of everyone who was there from ALSCCA .....it is 10PM and I am presently just now getting back from delivering the truck and trailer to the BRC lot and now Im making up the trophys for the event tomorrow so if I missed mentioning you ...please dont take it personally and please accept my most sincere thanks and a great big attaboy/girl on the performances from all of you today .I had a ball in GS .Dadgummittt...i wish I could do solo and TT and PDX all in the car at teh same prep level but it is looking like i cant have my cake and eat it too

TVRSCCA were gracious and hospitable hosts and put on a class AA+ event today .6 runs ,70ish entrys, and 3 run groups .Done by 4PM....Great job TVRSCCA.

So far the score is 57 points ALSCCA to 54 points TVRSCCA!!!Thats tight ...that can all slip away if everyone doesnt give a 110% effort tomorrow .However it turns out ...I am proud of our regions showing because it turned out exactly as I thought it would ...we went we dominated our prospective classes and we hit the road...that is all!!BOOOEEEYYYYLOL

Thats all for now ....except to say to Mr Sheehy that he probably has plenty of ribbing to endure to say the least ,You better be there tomorrow ready to kick butt and chew bubble gum or something like that
