Hi all! I am new here. I would like to try out RallyCross next Saturday at Hapersville. I have done a few years of Autocross in the ATL region but since I have a beater car I figure I would give RallyCross a try. Looks really fun

I will bring my Protege5 there. I have seen video of Hapersville and it seems the surface is smoother than other places, but I wouldn't worry too much about breaking my Protege5 anyway as long as I can make it back to Augusta. My Protege5 is totally stock in a decent condition.

Is there anything I should be worried about? I can't seem to find a registration link. Do I just show up at 8? So I will bring my helmet, water, sunscreen, etc...basically the autocross gear?

Hello Max. Yes all I've the above. Registration well be done the morning of the event. Your solo gear will work for rallycross also. The area we are running is nice and flat. Is mostly made up of dirt and grass. If you have any questions please call me. 205-919-8548 Edwin. I'll add you to the entry list.

Atlanta region is in the works of having an event very soon. Will talk about that during drivers meeting.

Ummmm ain't going to make this one. Totaled out the Honda last week.... well think it is, gotta get a buddy over and see what I can do or time to get on CL looking for another beater.
