  • May-Mayhem Rallycross event#4

Well, its that time again to head on out to Shag Bark for round 4 of "ADC" 2011. Some of you that didn't make it out to the Dixie National cause of funds don't miss out on this event. Its only$30 for members & $40 weekend members. This will be the last dirt event before the Summer Tarmac RallyCross Series beginning in June. We had some new cars & drivers at our last event, So I hope to see them out in May. Griffin in the Mazda. That Mazda fits perfect in M2. Chris from TVR with the "Blackhammer" also very racey. Hope to see him out, plus all the original gangsters. Even myself with a virgin rallycross car. Hopefully I don't "turtle" this one anytime soon.

    You know the drill!

Actually, stumbled across this car at a small lot on my way to south of ATL to buy another GC Impreza.
This car is a frickin blast to drive......and rwd is new to me.

Stock rear, for now.....I've already got a phased-in plan an will ultimately reach Mod Rear status.
The plan now is to make this a fair-weather stock rallycrosser....and just drive it to NE in OCT, if the fuel prices continue its trend.

BTW, there is a pristine 96 Impreza Brighton at Cars R Us in McDonough.....asking $3500.
120K....no scratches or dings, interior is about a 9/10....it's got the 1.8....OH, and it's a coupe......very hard to find.....in this condition....and in this region.

My thought was the same for this car as the MR2....stock (competitive) car that is capable of driving to NE and back.

I recognized the rarity of the MR2....and a hard top, no less. Most all are T-Bar or sunroof.

...and I just happen to have a set of WF Snows that will fit nicely on the stock 14" wheels.

It's so weird to see what's happened to Toyota in the last 20 years.

Because they heard I liked my name, so they put my name as my name so I could have my name in my name... all the time.
