Spectators are always welcome with no fee. Just everyone needs to sign waiver.

As of food, due to it being on Sunday everyone bring your lunch. Please feel free to bring baked goods. We will be providing drinks, sweets & different types of trick or treat goodies. If we all bring something to that table we'll have plenty.....hope that makes sense.

Is the family grille out there gas or charcoal? I wouldn't mind bringing some burgers and what not for small donations...

Because they heard I liked my name, so they put my name as my name so I could have my name in my name... all the time.

              Edwin,
When we ran a night event in FL, we had cylume sticks and some little rope/string lights (think what they sell at the fair to kids). We taped them to cones with clear packing tape. They lasted for the whole event, but were pretty covered with dust and were hard to see. We had a few generators running some worklights, but nothing huge.

I'll have the BEEG lights on the car!

If you have money to spend, check these glow sticks out. I think we had something like this at ours:

We use glow sticks in milk jugs at our annual night autocross here in HSV.

Yeah buying them in a bundle come out pretty cheap in price. Someone also mentioned reflection tape. At the moment we have 2 generators to run work & area lights.....
John, We are going to have this event on another part of the property thats much flatter & open. That will help with visibilty. We are kinda testing this area for a much larger scale event. (think National Challange)......I'll look into the glow sticks

boo autox and rallyx are different. night rally x should be with headlights just like a night rally would be. All the night rallyx's on the west coast run with lights

glowing cones would make scoring much easier,(for timing and scoring) than in total darkness,

but you can still use your lights to see surface change/ terrain , I'm going to!

that isn't how they run night auto x, in night auto x you get a 2 sec penalty for running headlights, AND, headlights make glowsticks darn near impossible to see. Also it prolly won't be cones, seeing ass you would need something MUCH brighter than glowsticks for cones

glow sticks in milk jugs make excellent illuminated "cones". Ya'll save some up and bring them to the event.
