Stopped over in Lexington to see clients tomorrow( must call this a business trip ) the
E RX championship was a real challenge, rain & mud. We had 18 runs all in one long day.
The horse track was just to wet to use, so they made the best of what they had with access roads and open Fields. We had some great competition and a lot of fun. They feed us lunch, snacks, and dinner with the fix-ins. It always hold true, rallycrossers are just great people. Warran Elliot won M4 over a large and fast bunch of Subies, Hal Dunham won M2 with some very impressive driving, Doug Harvey put on a driving exhibition, edging out Ken Cashion. Randy ran some very competitive times but was off in a couple runs and run 4th I think. I got down 8/10 sec the first run group and had to play catchup all day, in the end I came back and got 2nd just off by a second. Would I do it again, of course its just to much fun to miss.
