I'll be there, but my ride will be at the Honda plant. Kinda hard to drive it from there, lol. COnsidering I almost ripped the oil pan off the Mini just driving out to the filed, it probably wouldn't be a great idea to race it.

I gotta work.... that's a great thing after a bad year but I'd rather be getting the fox dirty. Reset the suspension to "condition 0" with new struts, tie rod ends, half-shafts and bolts. I'd love to see what it actually does compared to the worn bump stop condition it was in. No "Sean-burgers"??? I may try to get the wifey to come up after lunch to watch a few runs before I head to work.

Well I am glad I found this today! I just might be able to make it there tomorrow. I just moved here from California and have been trying to find out about the RallyX scene over here. Is anyone going to be coming from Ft. Rucker?

Do I have to pre-reg or can I just show up? Is this a two day event?

Just show up. We're rallyxing on Saturday. There's autoxing to be had on Sunday.

NO its a one day event, but we are making two days, Rally on Saturday, and Autocross on Sunday!! so no burgers and dawgs this weekend? C

How is the course usually? Is there any reason why I should trailer the car there?

Think about this . . . . "downhill grass slalom from hell" this is where you win or lose, you chose. Everybody bring a lunch we'll have a picnic under the "Big Oak" also bring water and lotion, see ya tomorrow.

Most folks drive their car to the event. I have a truck. I have a trailer. I have an old car. I tow. I've also towed other folk's car home while they drove they drove my RX-7.

I think I'll probably tow in case it rains on the way there or back. My car doesn't have a defroster yet.

If your car is street legal then you can drive it. Its still up to you if you want to trailer it. The course is dirt & mild gravel. There are elevation changes & off-camber turns. We layout the course with safety in mind first. Im not sure you how the course you,ve ran on are, but i can assure you our playing field is awesome. You wouldnt believe how much land we have to set course. You should come out so you can meet everyone. I would bring your car cause I know you'de regret not bring it when you see this place....

Gotta register at DirtyImpreza to see the pics. Sweet ride. FYI, to get to the site itself, you'll have to go across a couple of cattle grates and some narrow areas - incase you're toting your car in that big box in the thread you linked to.
