I have been doing some reading about the NASA Atlantic Rally Cup championship. Just wondering , anyone here done any of that or have any experience in stage rally?

Anyone planning to do it next year?

We have been thinking about maybe doing the Sandblast Rally next year in South Carolina.
There is class called Open AWD lite for non turbo cars that we would fit pretty good in, Chris can drive and I can codrive ( read the notes).

Do you have to have just one guy drive or can you swap up and take times as driver and codriver?
I ran this past the management today and they thought it was a good idea .

I'm pretty sure Shea did sweep for this rally a couple years ago, at least. I'm sure he'll chime in.

I really miss working performance rallies. I got to do Cherokee Trails and Susquehannock Trails before I gave it up (and SCCA gave up the program.) Now Crow Mountain is as close as it gets, for a radio operator, in SCCA.

          Nope...One driver & one navigator.

Lucas & I worked last Sand Blast to get the in's & out's of a stage rally. Our plan is to enter the 2011 Sand Blast.

Paul, Rally Tennessee is coming up. I differently recommend working a NASA stage rally. It helped answer so many questions about the way a stage rally works for both worker & driver.
