Bias ply or Radial?

Which is better for RallyX? Which is more likely to stay on the wheel with a tallish sidewall?

Actually I've looked at Hoosier dirt track tires in the past. Often times in the summer the track will become very hard and a dirt track tire might just be awesome. If you can catch them on closeout, it might be worth trying. I don't think I want to pay $100+ on a tire just to find that it absolutely won't work at rallyx though.
