Chuck Schultz of Just.Good.Photos ( http://csgoodphotos.com ) has announced the first ever Just.Good.Photos Spring Photo Shoot and Track Day, on Monday, March 24, 2014 at Talladega Gran Prix Raceway, 46 Pilgrim Lane, Munford, AL, 36268.

Tune up and wax up your car, bring your helmet, and enjoy a day of track time and posing for the camera. Only $169.95 per driver gets you up to 2 hours of track time, along with a collection of professional digital photos of you and your car at the track, valued at $50.

Additional info:

Minimum of 10 drivers.
Maximum of 19 drivers.
Either 15- or 20-minute sessions all day long, 8 AM - Noon and 1 PM - 5 PM, depending on the number of drivers.
Race cars are welcome, but fast ones will not generally mix with street cars, and all must obey standard track day point-by passing rules.

Tech inspection, polite driving, and the use of a proper helmet, is each driver's responsibility - This form and common sense will help you remember all the things to check and recheck on your car throughout the day.

No refunds will be made unless you can find someone to take over your spot. Also, if we don't reach the 10-driver minimum in time to reserve the date, your money will be refunded.

Finally, I'd really like to see at least the first ten slots filled as soon as possible, so I can send a deposit check to lock in the date.

Last Chance Weekend

It's crunch time. . . Time to make it or break it.

It looks like we have half as many people as needed signed up for what should be a fun, productive day to celebrate spring, do some testing before the TT, and get some new photos of your car. I could pay the deposit right now, but I don't want to pay the equivalent of five entry fees to have the opportunity to make pictures of other people on track. ;^)

I've decided to extend the deadline until midnight, Monday, March 17th, to give everybody time to get back from the Dixie Tour and check their bank accounts.
