Open Track Day TGPR, Sunday June 9th

Track owner called me today and said the track was a victim of weekend floods and he doesn't think he will have the track cleaned up by Thursday, so I am moving the event to Sunday June 9th.

Price is 200, (to reflect the higher track rental price ). I am limiting it to 15 cars so everyone that comes out get so much track time they won't be able to drive home without taking a nap.

I talked to David Upchurch this morning and he said the track dried out nicely. They are in the process of replacing the tires and foam barriers that washed out of place and things will be good to go in a for the track day.

Paypal is fine. Yes it is happening, they have my deposit (and won't give it back), so the more people that show up the less money I lose.

Track update - I spent Saturday at the track, and it looks good, with just a little dust kicked up, here and there, by passing cars. I didn't see any traction problems that weren't driver-induced. ;^)

With the rains yesterday afternoon and what's expected, today, the last of the residual dust should be gone by next weekend.
