Anyone going to Talladega tomorrow? It will be my first time there. Any tips?

    Stay outta the cornfield.

Seriously...have fun. It's gonna be almost 20 degrees warmer than our fall TT/PDX. Ought to be about perfect.

Heh, thanks for the tip! Hopefully the new sway bar will help keep it on the black stuff. Still on the old tires though ....

Don't be afraid of turn 1. The banking will hold you in. Tap the brakes, turn in, dig into the bank, and power out. 70+mph minimum. If I can do it in my stock diesel with 400 tread wear all seasons, you can do it in your sports car .

I got a ton of track time. They didn't have an adequate amount of workers so they split up the novice group. I think the highest number of cars I had to share the track with was five! I only had to bother waving anyone by twice.
