Registration is open for the Time Trial Level 3 event, TT School and PDX at Talladega Gran Prix Raceway on 14-15 April.

We have a few students for the TT School which is good for the sport.

PDX does not seem to be too popular which is a bit surprising since it offers a lot of track time. We also have a work/drive program which will reduce costs significantly.

Racer Parts Wholesale has provided swag, decals, etc and honored us as one of the 50 events they will sponsor nationwide in 2012.

Workers are always needed so bring someone to work a corner and get to see the action up close.

You can register at www.motorsportsreg.com or email me for more information

    See you there

I'm really really really hoping to do the PDX. Money is the factor.

I presume he posted that prior to the topic being moved from the solo section.

for the TT school do you just need PDX tech - or do you need TT tech?
in the pdf from the thread, that was linked form the page, that was linked from this post-All I saw were a bunch of acronyms I don't know.

While I'm asking dumb people questions...PDX/PDE - is there a difference? I've always used them interchangeably.

You will need a TT tech (aka a TT logbook) for the TT school.

Yes, PDX and PDE are interchangable.

                Not exactly.

PDE was a registered trademark of the Porsche Driving Experience (now known as the Porsche Sport Driving School) when SCCA started doing track day events, so the Club chose High Performance Car Control Clinic (HPCCC) as a trademark for track days. That name got old in a hurry, and Performance Driving eXperience was born, the current SCCA trademark for its track day program.

i was trying to round up some people's attention that might only look at SOLO for some reason and bring them to a PDX.

The PDX registrations are doing well. We are approaching the limit of 10 cars per PDX session each day. We have 8 registered for Saturday and 6 for Sunday. If you are planning on doing the PDX, please register now and do not wait until the last minute. Once we reach 10 per day, we will start a waiting list.

                        Registration is here:
