Todd Carter ?????

Hello everyone! I am looking at a SPO/GTA car that I was told was previously owned
by a guy up this way by the name of Todd Carter. I was wondering if anyone would
know him and how to get in touch with him I would like to check with him on the car.

I haven't seen Todd in about 6 years. He used to drive a pretty capable Mustang in A Sedan and moved up to V8 Stock Cars for a year or so. I haven't talked to him in years. Sorry no help here. I do think he lives in Birmingham. Have you tried anywho.com?
