  • Barbers Spectator rules

Whats the deal with the club race and spectators? I've got some friends in town who want to come and watch and take pictures and hang out around the spectator areas and what not. Can they just come on in, or do they need specific paperwork and what not?

Because they heard I liked my name, so they put my name as my name so I could have my name in my name... all the time.

Basically they will need to sign a waiver at the gate and get an arm band I believe.

And they will need to pay to get in. Barbers charges for entry unless you are part of someones crew or guest list.

      Check with the track.

$20/day or $30 gets you all three days.

I think it's sad that Barber's charges to get in...we don't see a dime of that money and it's our event. If I had it my way there would be no charge. If they wanna make money let 'em earn it back at the concession stands...

I agree with the no charge thing. We are already paying over 4bills to just be there and
there are several possible prospects ( people that are pondering the club ) that will not
come out because of that factor. And also if you try to ad more than you three allowed
crew when I spoke to Gwen she said that they would charge $15 to the entrant for
every overcrew I think was the word. Oh well, times are hard so everybody is wanting
some I guess. I just hate to think that we are losing possible new folks over something
like that. But I don't know anything about big business so, SEE YA'LL AT THE TRACK !!!!
And best of luck to you all.

There are extra expenses when they have spectators, trash removal, portalets, maybe event security over a larger area than just the paddock. When the track first opened they only allowed members of the events, I think it's good they allow the public to come in and watch, hope ya'll have a good safe weekend...........this event allways falls on my anniversary!( bummer)
