  • 1991 CIvic Si (almost) ITA

I haven't raced it in two years because, well, I haven't been able to afford to. Now I can't afford to keep it. It's time to find someone who will drive the hell out of it like it's meant to. Last time I ran in was November of '08 at Barbers. I turned a 1:53 with it being cold and damp and worn out, old, RA-1's. On a warm day with fresh tires I would expect at least a 1:50 if not lower.

    ITA motor
4.7 FD with quaife. Runs out of gear about 120, don't need anymore around here.
    Bilstein front Koni rear shocks
    450# front 600# rear spring.
    Camber adjustable front and rear
    Big adjustable rear sway
    Kirk 4-point bar
Momo seat (yoder i might need that back soon)
out of day 6-point belts, fine for track days though.
    Detachable momo steering wheel
    oil pressure gauge
    cutoff switch

I took the interior apart with the plans to put a real cage in it and never did. The interior is in pieces ready for a cage if that's the way you want to go with it. If not it can easily be put back together. I have a spare seat with slider for the passenger side as well. I instructed at Barbers and would throw in it for riders. All you need to be legal for road racing is the cage and a front tow hook. All you need for TT and track days is to put it back together and new belts for SCCA TT. I have a set of 15x6.5's on it. I also have a set of heavy 14x6's with RA1 rains mounted. I also have a buch of spare suspension parts and a couple of transmissions laying around too. If you wanted to go any higher with the spring rates you would have to invest in better shocks. I'm happy with the springs that are on there right now though.
