I am just back from Jeckyll Island Ga. after attending the Sediv annual banquet . As some may know ,in honor of Rich Shafer, the award for best time trial event of the year was renamed the "Rich Shafer Award" .I am pleased to announce that it was awarded to ALSCCA and TVRSCCA for a most excellent event at TGPR in 2009 where we debuted what has now been adopted as Sedivs new track trials run format.
Congratulations to all of our hard working ALSCCA and TVR event administrators on a job well done . A plaque was accepted by each regions RE and I am going to present ours to Mr John Waight who worked tirelessly as our event chairman .
