  • Run Flats

I have signed up to run the PDX this wk end but got to thinking I have run flats on the new MINI and was wondering if this will kill them wear wise, how do they drive, how do they grip. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm running some used continental run flats on the gti. I ran 1 autocross on them...terrible. Not as bad for spirited back road driving, but nothing like a good summer tire. They do not take well to sudden inputs.

New question about run flats. What do you do about pressure? Jack it up and go from there? I assume the side wall is stiff but so is the compound? Thoughts/experience please.
        Thanks

Never messed with the pressures, just ran normal street pressures. Not much help there.

I'll put some screws out at turn 1 and you'll win…. FTD.

I have always heard you had loose screws.
